Dr. Gustavo Amaral is Assistant Professor at University of Kansas, directing the Sports & Leisure Program and Stadia Urban Observatory. With a Ph.D. in Architecture Technology from Georgia Tech, he specializes in computational design and urban data science. His research analyzes large-scale infrastructures through geospatial analytics and AI, developing innovative pedagogical approaches integrating programming and urban analytics into architecture education.
